When I was a teenager, I started to fold a pillow in half horizontally and roll it under my neck so that I could watch television shows while reclining in bed. I suffered from poor posture as an adolescent and adult through my early 30s. A growth spurt that came halfway through high school saw me shoot up about a half-foot in seemingly just a few months.
